Above Monte Carasso, in the hamlet Curzutt (historisch), in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the woods. For shared use: natural state grounds 1'000 m2. 300 m steep footpath (240 steps) to the house. Public parking 300 m on the road. Grocers 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Monte Carasso" 3 km, railway station "Bellinzona" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 14 km. Childrens play area 50 m. Nearby attractions: ehem. Augustinerkloster 3 km, Forti della fame (Mauern mit Zinnen) 3 km, S. Barnard (Kirche) 1 km, Bellinzona und seine Burgen 5 km (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe). Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore 14 km, beginn der Wanderwege direkt beim Haus. Please note: suitable for families, baby equipment on request (included), not suitable for smalll children. Animals in the neighbourhood.Interior: "Cà Tassitt", 3-room house on 2 levels, fully renovated in 2000, wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with TV, radio, DVD, wood burning stove, warm air heating and boiler (150 litres). Exit to the garden, to the patio. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 folding bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the forest.
