House: St.Peter 15 km from Arosa: Rustic, simple chalet "Sunnaboda", 1'480 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. Above St. Peter, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the ski-run. Private: natural garden, meadow. Pergola. In the house: ski storage. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. 50 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) by the house at 50 m. Grocers 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "St.Peter-Molinis" 3 km. Ski lift 1 km, chair lift 1 km, ski runs 1 km, ski bus stop 50 m, toboggan-run 1 km, ice rink 1 km.Interior: 5-room chalet on 3 levels, simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove and dining table. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Small kitchenette in the entrance (3 hotplates). On the lower ground floor: living room with swedish stove and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob). Bath/WC. Electric heating, wood heating, boiler (300 litres). Upper floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms, ceiling height 180 cm, each room with 2 beds and 1 sleeping possibility. Large balcony, large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Please note: non-smoking house.
