Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC. Large balcony, north facing position and, east facing position, small balcony, south facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Private: natural state grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, lawn sunning area. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Grocers 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course 17 km, skisport facilities 27 km. Please note: car essential. The rooms are situated on 3 semi-levels. In the middle of a hiking area.Interior: 4-room house, partly renovated in 2007, rustic and tasteful furnishings: 1 small room with 1 bed. Sep. WC.
