House: Ruegsbach in the Emmental valley. Nice country house, built in 1850, renovated in 1974, surrounded by fields. Outside the resort, in an elevated position, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Private: natural garden 5'100 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access (600 m via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Please note: car essential.Interior: 4-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position, comfortable and antique furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: gallery with 1 bed (120 cm). Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Reserved parking by the house. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Living as in Eden, just beautiful. A natural paradise (for children and nature lovers). Farm with many animals, including ponies, easily accessible on foot. Ceiling height in the living room (because of the beams) between 1.84m and 1.98m. Ceiling height in the bathroom upstairs between 1.84m and 1.60m. Caution: narrow interior stairs without railings!
