In the house: burglar alarm. Parking in the grounds. Shop 1.5 km, grocers, restaurant, bar 400 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Tennis 500 m. The grounds consist of, rock gardens and tropical gardens. The terrace is paved. Boats and cars can be hired at Cala Vedella and water sports can be arranged.Interior: 4-room house 140 m2, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with hatch. Bath/WC. Air-conditioning, warm air heating (extra). Terrace 22 m2, covered. Deck chairs (8). Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds. NOTE: 4 extra people can be accomodated on the ground floor with access via a separate entrance from outdoors. Living room with a double sofa bed. For shared use: natural state grounds 6'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, 01.04.-30.10.). Outside shower. Private: swimming pool (5 x 12 m, 15.05.-15.11.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 2 km, grocers 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Please note: car essential. House divided into 2 floors with separate entrances. The ground floor is occupied by the keyholder and the upper floor is available to guests, with exclusive use of the garden and the swimming pool. On the upper floor there are 3 or 5 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are 2 suite rooms and are completely separate from the house. Available services on request: babysitting, supermarket service and restaurant "room service".
