On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the lake, on a side street, in the countryside. Private: grounds 1'400 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house, individual garage at 100 m. Grocers 450 m, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station 20 km, pebble beach 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 20 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, thermal baths 23 km.
