House: New farmhouse "Family Farm", built in 2001. In a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, on a side street, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area. Fireplace, children's playground. Private: outside shower. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Uneven motor access (via unmade road). Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 20 km, sandy beach 100 m. Riding stables 8 km. Please note: car essential. Sailing club 4 km, mini zoo 6 km, heron nature park 6 km. Rabbit and chinchilla breeding (possible to look at animals). Additional jetty for anglers, canoes extra. In Spring and Summer it is possible to take a canoe trip on the River Wda which begins near the house. Mushroom picking possible in Autumn. Golf course in Postolow. Horse-drawn coach trips are often offered in Winter. The keyholder lives in the neighbouring house in the same grounds.Interior: 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, practical, comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, grill). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. Balcony 12 m2. Deck chairs (4). Nice view of the lake, the garden and the forest. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted.
