In the house: internet access, burglar alarm. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) by the house. Grocers 300 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, railway station 4 km, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 30 km, tennis 6 km, riding stables 6 km. Rental of water sports equipment 200 m. Lake Selmet Wielki is only 50 away. Half of the lake is a quiet area. The houses PL1931.101.1 and PL1931.101.2 can be connected and rented together (including the whole grounds). If both houses are rented, there is a 10 % discount on house PL1931.101.2.
