Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: grounds 10'000 m2, meadow, lawn sunning area, courtyard, pond. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 3 km, supermarket 15 km, shopping centre 10 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 15 km, sandy beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, bathing bay 3 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 15 km, riding stables 10 km. Please note: car essential. Possibility to borrow 4 bicycles (extra 40 PLN / day). Water sports (extra) and tours (in the nature) will have to be organized (extra 150-200 PLN / day).Interior: 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, partly with sloping ceilings, simple, rustic, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with 2 double sofas beds, open fireplace, TV and radio. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed and tiled stove. Large kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer) with dining table, tiled stove. Shower/WC. Top floor: (outdoor steps): open entrance hall with sloping ceilings with skylight with dining table and kitchen corner. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, 1 double bed, dining table and TV. Open alcove with sloping ceilings with 1 sofa bed. Small kitchenette in the entrance. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), sitting area. Very nice panoramic view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
