Private: grounds 4'000 m2 (fenced), lawn, plants and trees, lawn sunning area, biotope. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.8 km via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 1.8 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake 150 m. Tennis 5 km. Please note: car essential. Fishing [permit required]. The house has its own access to the lake Karw (100 m). The ground is fenced and guarded round the clock. Own water intake (well 60 m deep). Playground for basketball and volleyball. Bus stop 1,8 km. Possible hire a boat (free).
