House: Strzebowiska 9 km from Wetlina: Nice chalet, built in 2008, surrounded by trees and meadows. 800 m npm. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, directly by the ski-run, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: grounds 3 ha (fenced). Barbecue, fireplace. In the complex: reception, sauna, whirlpool (all extra), ski storage. Motor access to the house (750 m mountain road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Grocers 4 km, supermarket 50 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 50 km, shingle beach 45 km, bathing bay 45 km. Riding stables 800 m, skisport facilities, ski runs, cross-country ski trail 30 m. Please note: car essential. The photograph is a typical example. The house is located at the edge of the nature reserve "Bieszczadzki Park Narodowy". Discovery trails from the house. Skijoring. Quad riding in the 10-ha area. Snowmobiles (extra). For shared use: sauna for 10 people and jacuzzi (extra). The complex has an own water source. Waste separation.Interior: 3-room chalet 75 m2 on 2 levels, partly with sloping ceilings, simple, comfortable, rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofa bed (110 cm), open fireplace, satellite-TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Wood heating.
