House: Chalet, built in 1997, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet position on a slope, directly by the woods edge, 2 km from the ski-run, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: grounds 2'500 m2 (fenced). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house in the grounds. Grocers 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station 5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 1.5 km, riding stables 12 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 2 km, ski school 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wierchomla 2 km, Muszyna 23 km, Krynica Zdrój 35 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.Interior: 3-room chalet 80 m2 on 3 levels: living/dining room 21 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), swedish stove, library and satellite-TV. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchenette (2 hotplates, ceramic glass hob). Bath/WC with corner bath. On the lower ground floor: 1 room 20 m2. Top floor: 1 open room 20 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (130 cm, length 190 cm). Alcove with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (75 cm, length 175 cm). Electric heating, wood heating, boiler (110 litres). Balcony. Balcony furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking by the house.
