Private: grounds (fenced), nice, well-kept garden lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (01.05.-31.08.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Heating payable locally. Motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Riding stables 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, mountain lift 8 km, ski lift 8 km, ski runs 8 km, ski school 8 km. Please note: car essential.
