House: Nice single-family house, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 5'000 m2 (fenced), nice garden plants and flowers, orchard, pond. Private: volleyball, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace (swing). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 500 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, nearby attractions: Wadowice 10 km, Inwa?d 18 km, O?wi?cim 37 km, Kraków 43 km, Zakopane 105 km. There is a small holiday cottage in the grounds belonging to the owner. The majority of the grounds comprises large productive fishponds. These are separated by a wire fence. Guests can go fishing and also use the vegetable garden.Interior: 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, nice and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 8 m2, with sloping ceilings, north facing position with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), radio. 2 rooms 15 m2, with sloping ceilings, south facing position, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), radio. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating (extra). Balcony, south facing position, terrace 20 m2, covered, north facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Nice view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, logs (free). Reserved parking by the house.
