Carlo, Villa Poggiobello enjoys a magnificent view over the city of Massa and the entire coastline stretching from Marina di Massa to the Gulf of La Spezia. The property is completely surrounded by woodland and extends over three floors connected by internal staircases. The entrance gate gives onto an area reserved for parking, on one side stone steps lead up to a wide covered terrace adjoining the house, which is for the exclusive use of the tenants, while on the other side is the entrance to a small, completely independent flat, frequently used by the owners. The accommodation is comfortably and tastefully furnished and equipped with dishwasher and TV. Outside, beside the terrace is the swimming-pool, built overlooking the sheer slope of the wood. The city of Massa is only 3 km away and the beaches of the Marina di Massa 9 km. Nice, rustic house "Villa Poggiobello". 3 km from the centre of Massa, in a quiet position on top of a hill. Private: grounds, garden flowers and trees, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, 08.05.-09.10.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking space n 1 in the grounds. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.Interior: "Poggiobello", 3-room house, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open fireplace and TV. Exit to the loggia. 1 room with panoramic window with 1 double sofa bed and shower/bidet/WC. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom with sloping ceilings with air-conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view of the sea and the valley.
