House: This typical country house is part of a small hamlet in the middle of the untouched nature of the "Alta Meremma" nature reserve south of Siena. Its fantastic location above the Farma valley gives wide views of the surrounding woods rustic country house "Il Casale", renovated. 2 km from the centre of Iesa, 12 km from the centre of Monticiano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet position on a slope, 20 m from the woods edge. Private: garden with flowers and trees. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 2 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 2 km, thermal baths 5 km. The River Farma flows about 1 km away - one can bathe in its clear waters. The owner occasionally uses one room in the basement with a separate entrance from the small road.Interior: "Il Casale", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, mini-oven) with dining table open fireplace. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) living room with 1 sofa bed and open fireplace. 2 double bedrooms. Bath/bidet/WC. Large garden, porch. Terrace furniture. Reserved parking (fenced).
