The villa is surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation and possesses a garden filled with palms. Fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the villa is only 5 minutes away by foot from the well-known beach La Tagliata. Tastefully and elegantly decorated and well equipped: heating, telephone, external laundry with washing machine. The garden, with terraces is ideal for outdoor dining. Large roof-top terrace with wonderful sea view.Sports: tennis, horse-riding, walking along the beach or in the pine forest, swimming, sailing and windsurfing. Picturesque: Orbetbello 10 km,Porto Ercole 14 km, Porto S. Stefano 18 km and Capalbio 15 km. Pets allowed except in August (weekly cleaning to pay locally). For rentals more then 1 week there is obligatory saturday maid service to be paid per person locally. Beds can be divided on request. Villa "Von Salis". House: Immersed within the fragrant Mediterranean maquis, Villino di Faa is just 50 m from the only services (food shops, bar and restaurant) available on the Ansedonia promontory. This small annexe forms part of a larger property which also includes the estate mansion. The house is furnished in an attractive manner, while guests also enjoy the use of a fully-equipped covered terrace and a small garden. The Tagliata beach can be reached by car (about 800 m) or on foot via a shortcut and steps (about 400m) while the Feniglia beach with its magnificent pine-wood lies about 700 m away. Guests are recommended to visit the ancient Etruscan city and museum located just 300 m from the house. Heating on consumption. Annex "Villino di Faa". In the resort Ansedonia, in a quiet, elevated position, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden to relax, parking in the grounds. Shop 500 m, railway station "Orbetello Scalo" 5 km.
