Guests have use of a large garden with meadow, fully fenced, between fruit trees and olive groves, with garden pavilion and barbeque. Small, cosy, simple house, renovated in 2003. 50 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 40 km from the centre of Arezzo. For shared use: table tennis. Private: garden, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 26.05.-29.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the grounds. Shopping centre 3 km, railway station "San Giovanni V.no" 6 km.Interior: 3-room house 55 m2, on the ground floor, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table and TV. The swimming pool is situated 150 m from the house, it is only used by the client and the owners, nearby there is a shed with separate WC and a fridge. House "Casale Neri". 10 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 15 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 20 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti. It is situated on the eastern slopes of Chianti around Siena and Florence, in the area of Le Corti in the district of Cavriglia (7 km), not far from the road leading to the park of the same name (10 km). Furnished in rustic style with original pieces, the terracotta floors and chestnut wood beams have been tastefully preserved. The central location is perfect for excursions to all the most important tourist centres. Motorway (16 km). Air conditioninig: the use is to pay locally per person. Children under 10 years old not allowed.
