The owners live next door and have two guard-dogs, so that guests are advised to look carefully after any pets they may bring with them. It is set within 2 hectares of private grounds of olives, vineyards, meadows and trees about 1 km from the centre of Mercatale Val di Pesa and 20 km from Florence. The owners of the estate make wine from organically-grown grapes and organize wine tastings on request. Facing the house is a spacious lawn with tables and chairs, while in another area of the garden the swimming-pool with sun terrace. The house extends over two floors, with 2 terraces on the upper floor and is furnished with great taste and attention to detail.
