House: Binu Mancu 3 km from Bosa Marina: Large, cosy villa "Malvarosa", from the 19th th century. Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: park 4 ha with lawn, flowers and trees, swimming pool (80 m2, depth 120 cm, 01.06.-27.09.). Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant 700 m. Please note: car essential. In April, May and October swimming pool is only available on request and at extra cost (500 Euros per week) to be paid locally. Midweek maintenance of the swimming pool. The owner lives is a dependance on the same grounds, separated from the villa.Interior: 11-room villa 600 m2 on 3 levels, antique and luxurious furnishings: large living room with open fireplace and flat screen TV. Dining room with open fireplace. 1 double bedroom with open fireplace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms. 2 baths/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. Living room with sloping ceilings with open fireplace. 1 room with 1 bed. 2 baths/bidet/WC. Large terrace. Patio. Terrace furniture. Nice panoramic view of the sea and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. 2 bathrooms have a bath with massage jets. 42' LCD TV.
