House: Positano: Old, cosy villa "Calipè", renovated. 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, south facing position. Private: outside shower. Patio, terrace (150 m2), garden furniture. House maid 2 times per week (included). Individual garage by the house. Shop, restaurant, bar, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Sorrento" 12 km, pebble beach 1 km. Included in the price 1 garage for the medium seized car, it's not good for the cars with the big dimensions like SUV. Garage is inside of the property and one of the rare private garages in Positano. For booking for two or more weeks second midweek cleaning has to be paid locally of 50 euro to the key holder. Villa Calipe has privileged position situated at the centre of Positano and the beach, reachable on foot for approx. 15min through typical alley and Costiera stairs,or in couple of minutes by bus frequent every 15 min approx.Interior: "Calipè", 5-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels, renovated, comfortable, antique and tasteful furnishings: living room with air-conditioning and warm air heating, exit to the terrace.
