House: "Le Jas" is an old farmhouse which has been completely renovated and is situated in 2 hectares of enclosed treelined grounds, 8000 m2 of which is reserved for guests. Access to the house is by a unmade road, floodlit and flower lined path. The owner lives in a house situated in the same grounds next to the rental property, however the owners house does not overlook the holiday house. Private, enclosed swimming pool, floodlit and heated by solar energy ( 9 x 4.50 m, depth 1.20 m to1.50 m, 1 May to 30 Sep) with sun loungers. Outside shower (warm water). South facing terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue. Fish pond. Car port 25 m2. Shaded parking on the enclosed grounds. Electric gate with remote control. Ideal for nature lovers. It is possible to reserve this house together with references FR8032.104.1 and FR8032.106.1 which are 500 m away. Car is necessary. Included in the rental price 3 hours weekly cleaning and 1 change of linen for stays of minimum 2 weeks. House "Le Jas". Shop 6 km, restaurant 6 km.
