Poitiers, Futuroscope, La Rochelle and the beaches are only an hour away. Surrounded by five acres of land, ideal for walks, this fine property has been converted into three lovely cottages. Large paved terrace with swimming pool (5x8m 17/05-30/09), a covered terrace, plenty of garden furniture and lovely flower beds. Large playroom with sofas, table football, table tennis and childrens toys. Parking for cars.Interior: Furnished to a very high standard, with exposed stone and beams. Each cottage has a spacious sitting room with flat screen satellite TV (BBC and ITV) and DVD and a bright extremely well-equipped open-plan kitchen with four rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, cafetière and toaster large dining table and two settees. Attractive large shower room with walk-in shower and wc. Two cottages have wooden staircases with two double bedrooms and a twin. The third cottage has a double and a twin. Cot and high chair available. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included. Situated in close proximity to Niort, Poitiers, Marais Poitevin with its Natural bird reserve and Futuroscope all are well worth a day trip. La Rochelle and the Atlantic beaches are an hours drive away. Surrounded by five acres of land, ideal for walks, this comfortable house has lovely gardens. Large paved terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, badminton and sun beds overlooking an inviting large swimming pool (12x6m 17/05-30/09). La Rochelle and the Atlantic beaches are within easy reach. Enclosed garden, partly laid to lawn, ideal for children to play safely.
