House: Le Boulve is 10 km south of Puy l'Eveque. 3 completely renovated detached houses rented together: the old windmill and the "La Grange" building, as well as a little house are situated in the valley, in 6 hectare grounds with meadows, wood and cropland, by 2 ponds (trout fishing) and a river with 2.5 m waterfall. The river runs through the property for 900 m. Natural grounds of 2.5 ha. Barbecue. Terrace. Outside shower. Farm produce 500 m. Canoeing/kayaking 8 km. House: Stunning barn conversion in peaceful rural setting Position: Ideally situated just between Belaye, famous for its fortress and the market town of Prayssac two miles away for shops, supermarket and restaurants, in the heart of the Cahors wine growing area where several chateaux offer tasting  of the Vin Noir of Cahors. Most villages in the Lot hold summer festivals. Puy L'Eveque with its medieval old town is close by and Sarlat, Gourdon, Rocamadour and St Cirq la Popie are all within very easy reach. A beautifully converted barn which stands at right angles across a shared courtyard to a mill house (whose English owners are occasionally there). La Grange is otherwise completely self contained and has a large garden with a swimming pool (6x11m 30/04-29/10) and a lovely decking terrace overlooking the mill stream, all set in peaceful wooded surroundings, with secluded corners for quiet relaxaion. Garden furniture and sunbeds provided as well as a games room with table tennis and darts.Interior: Very comfortably furnished, there is a large living room with a well equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. The property consists of a water mill house and a beautifully converted barn which stand at right angles to each other across a pretty courtyard. It has lovely flowered and wooded garden of one acre and teraces overlooking the mill stream running along the side of the house. Plenty of secluded areas for quiet relaxation in the shade of the trees or around the swimming pool (6x11m 30/04-29/10). Garden furniture, barbecue and sun beds.
