Mini golf, riding and canoeing close by. Ideally placed for visiting Rocamadour, Sarlat and the enchanting villages that border the Dordogne. Enclosed garden filled with flowers, trees and palm trees and features a fish pond. Behind the house is a terrace with built in barbecue and garden furniture and above that the swimming pool (7x4m 01/05-30/09).Interior: Living room with fireplace, large sofa, table and chairs, large television with DVD player and piano. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and cafetiere. Laundry room with washing machine and sink. Two double bedrooms (one small) and a bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs is a large landing room with sofa and armchairs. Pool table (extra deposit 300€ required on arrival for use).
