House: Tastefully decorated house with beautiful gardens and wonderful views. Position: Trôo is a mediaeval village, also well known as an ancient Troglodyte site. It has a bakery and restaurant. Four miles away, along the Loir river, the lovely old town of Montoire has many shops and a supermarket. Within easy reach of the Loire chateaux and the famous vineyards. Well worth visiting are La Chartre and Poncé sur le Loir, Courdemanche and the wonderful castles at Le Lude and Blois. Le Verger is set in about half an acre of orchard with wonderful views of the valley, city walls and church. Garden furniture, parasol and a barbecue on request. Bed linen included. Towels available at extra cost payable locally.Interior: Very attractively decorated living room with open plan, fitted kitchen well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, dining area and lounge area overlooking the church. Two large and tastefully decorated bedrooms, a twin and a double sharing a shower room and separate wc. Electricity payable locally. Television on request.
