House: Charming stone built house. Fishing lake on site Position: Under two miles from La Salle de Vihiers for fresh bread, the pretty towns of Vihiers and Chemillé, both about five miles away, have shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. In the triangle of Angers (25 miles), Saumur (25 miles) to the north  and Cholet (16 miles) to the south with the Puy du Fou just below (28 miles), the house is ideally situated for the Anjou and Muscadet wine routes and the Loire châteaux. This lovely, spacious house is full of character and has private garden, garden furniture and barbecue. On a vast estate with gardens, woods, a lake and fields, Le Pavillon is next door to the manor house. In one of the large gardens, an enclosed swimming pool (12x6m, 21/05-26/09) is shared with another house and the owners.Interior: Restored to high standard, the house has kept the original exposed beams throughout and has been decorated with taste and care. Bright, modern, well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere and toaster. The fridge is stocked with basic provisions on arrival. Separate wc with washing machine and dryer. A lovely living room with wood dining table, period fireplace and plenty of space to relax. Upstairs, a very pleasant double bedroom with views of the front gardens on one side and the woods on the other side. En suite shower room with wc. Electricity payable locally. On the ground floor is a lovely lounge with open fireplace and a dining area. Separate kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, toaster and cafetiere. Shower and wc. Upstairs there is a master double bedroom, a dressing room and a separate lounge with a single bed. Shower room with wc. Electricity payable locally.
