House: Dangeau 17 km from Châteaudun: Chateau Bouthonvilliers, from 18th century, comprising of a central part in Louis 16th style and 2 pavillions situated in the wings, style Henri IV. The left wing and the outer buildings are occupied by the owners. The chateau has an English garden of 20 hectares and a chapel. Lake 2000 m2 with ducks and geese. Pool house with dressing room, sink, fridge, WC. Outside WC. Sunloungers, garden furniture, table tennis, barbecue. Access via a central pathway 500 m (partly paved). Train line TGV 1.5 km. Castle "de Verdun Bouthonvilliers". Private: swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). In the house: central heating, burglar alarm. Communal covered parking. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, railway station "Brou ou Bonneval" 7 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 5 km. Swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by a small wall and with an electric cover. Extra: it is possible to rent 6 bikes for 5 euros per bike or 30 euros per week. Fishing is possible on request.Interior: "Château Bouthonvilliers", 14-room house: Castle 600 m2 on 3 floors: entrance. Dining room 45 m2. 2 living rooms 50 m2 each with fireplace (wood is extra). Kitchen (5 hot plates, 2 ovens, microwave, grill, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table opening on to the garden. Separate WC. Attached studio with living room, TV, TNT, video, kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave), shower/WC, washing machine. Upstairs: 1 room "Marnie"with king size double bed with bath/WC. 1 room "Maman"with double bed (140cm) with bath/WC. 1 single bedroom "Louis". 1 twin bedroom "Regine", hydroshower/WC. 2nd floor with sloping ceilings (1.20 m to 2.30 m): 1 room "Institutrice" with king size double bed and bath/WC. 1 twin bedroom "Loulou".. 1 room "Salle d'Etude" with single bed (130 cm) and dressing room. Small single bedroom "Cigarette". Small shower room. Separate WC. Available: cot for children under 3. Parquet in all rooms except the bathrooms and kitchen. One bedroom has carpet. Extra: heating to be paid for on site according to use from 1 Oct to 30 April. Washing and drying of laundry is possible. Extra and on request: ironing. One change of linen for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks. Deposit: 770 euros.
