Quietly situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill, with far reaching views, this converted farm cottage stands just behind the owners house, but has its own large and secluded garden with swimming pool (8x4m, 30/04-29/10), swing and terrace with garden furniture and built in barbecue. Table tennis.Interior: Large living room comfortably furnished in rustic style with fireplace, two sofas, armchairs, TV with DVD player and french windows to terrace and dining area open to the eaves with gallery landing above. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, electric mixer, electric cafetiere and dishwasher. Ground floor double bedroom, shower room and separate wc. There are many walks to enjoy in the area and a map of the various tracks and suggested walks will be provided. Set on a hillside with panoramic views over Plazac and the valley beyond, the house is surrounded by delightful wooded grounds, full of wild orchids. A path leads up to the private pool (11x5m) with wood decking surrounds and sun loungers above the house. A balcony leading off the living room provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. Barbecue provided.Interior: This recently built house, provides bright, modern accommodation in peaceful surroundings. Medieval Sarlat is 20 miles away and the Vézère valley with its perhistoric sites, caves and museums on the doorstep. Peacefully situated on the edge of woodland, the property has superb views of the surrounding landscape from its elevated position. Landscaped gardens and lawns with a choice of seating terraces with ample garden furniture and covered barbecue area. The fenced pool (9x4.5m, 07/05-29/10) is located just above the house. Table tennis and a badminton set provided and there is a boules pitch.Interior: The period house, beautifully restored and tastefully updated to a high standard, has a large comfortably furnished living room with large stone fireplace, beamed ceiling and space for dining, HiFi/DVD, TV with English channels.
