Stables with several horses on the property. 3 mens mountain bikes, 3 womens mountain bikes, 3 childrens mountain bikes with helmets. For those guests who would like extra services (extra), it is possible to arrange menus including breakfast or full board. Here you will also find food shops, supermarket and restaurants. Within easy reach of Périgueux, Brive la Gallarde, Montignac and Sarlat. This imposing manor house stands in 3000m2 of lovely enclosed and wooded parkland and enjoys far reaching views of the countryside from the large terrace and from the swimming pool (10X5m 01/05-16/10) which can be heated on request. Barbecue, garden furniture and sunbeds.Interior: Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, this very spacious house has a large sitting room with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, a second small sitting room with TV, hi-fi and DVD and a large dining room. The vast fitted kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker (2 ovens), microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, American fridge and a large country table. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor is an amazing master double bedroom with king size bed with an en suite bathroom, WC and a second en suite bathroom with separate shower and WC further two bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with en suite bathroom and WC. On the second floor, is a large double with en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC and two further large twin rooms sharing a bathroom with WC.
