Private: park 6'000 m2, swimming pool (11 x 7 m, depth 80 - 240 cm, 15.06.-15.09.). Barbecue house. Motor access to the house. Grocers 5 km, railway station "Béziers" 5 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car essential.Interior: "Les Bregines", 7-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm), 1 sleeping possibility (90 cm). Shower/WC. Heating. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, cot. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. TV only FR. Entrance to the house is on the 1st floor. House: On the banks on the Canal du Midi. Position: The enchanting canal-side village of Colombiers is under two miles away, where there are local shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches at Valras and Vias Plage are about 15 minutes drive, as is the centre of Beziers with a wide choice of shops and restaurants. The banks of the canal are about 50 yards from Les Berges and here you can walk or cycle for miles along the towpaths. And of course there is a wide choice of vineyards to visit to sample the excellent local wines. The 200 holiday houses are split level and each has a small patio with garden furniture. The covered heated swimming pool (12x7m) is open all year around and there is also a 250m2 outdoor pool  (open mid June to mid September) with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. There is an outdoor stage close to the banks of the Canal du Midi for animation and evening shows (July and August) free kids club (4 to 11 years) in July and August. Sports ground. Each apartment has its own parking space. TV rental available. Bed Linen included.Interior: Entrance through glass doors to the living room with a single divan with extra pull out bed or a double sofa bed, table and chairs. Kitchenette with four electric rings, fridge and small microwave or grill/oven. Upstairs is a bedroom with either double or twin beds and velux window. House: Lovely house in the grounds of an organic vineyard Position: The village of Cazouls les Beziers is just over 2 miles away, with basic shops, restaurant, café and tennis courts. There are many pretty villages in the area, many of them on the banks of the Canal du Midi, where you can walk or cycle along the tow-path and some where you can hire boats by the hour or day. Beziers, for more extensive shopping is about seven miles away and the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are about half an hours drive. Plenty of vineyards to visit in the area. The house is in the grounds of the working wine estate. It is built on a slope so that the swimming-pool (11x5m, 12/03-22/10) is set below the house and has a pool house/summer kitchen with gas cooker, old fridge for drinks and barbecue. Shower and separate wc. Garden furniture and sun beds. Up steps is another terrace on the same level as the house.Interior: The feature of the split-level main living area is the central fireplace. There are two sofas and dining area with table and chairs. TV and video. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with washing machine. Three bedrooms, one double and two twins, one with ensuite shower room. Bathroom and two separate wcs. Home cinema with 200 DVDs, which can be used on payment of an increased breakage deposit.
