House: Situated above the River Orb with lovely views. Position:  Three minutes drive from the village of La Tour sur Orb for a good supermarket and tennis courts. More extensive shopping, restaurants and bars at Bedarieux  four miles away. The spa town of Lamalou-les-Bains with its casino, golf course, horse riding and wide range of restaurants is 10 miles away. Many vineyards in the area with beautiful villages and lovely walks in the Parc Naturel du Languedoc with Lac Salagou nearby for water sports. You can spend the sunshine hours around the pool (8x4.5m 19/03-28/10) in peace and tranquility or sit under the front porch amidst the jasmine and passion flowers admiring the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy al fresco diniing to the sound of the river below with a view of the lush green canopy of trees that line its banks, or relax on the lower terrace. Fishing  possible with a permit bought locally. Table tennis, boules area and barbecue.Interior: Fully equipped to provide a complete home from home. Living room with two sofas, armchairs, Sky TV/Video/DVD, CD/MD Hifi . Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, mixed hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and patio doors to front covered terrace. Dining area with a large farmhouse table and chairs and log burning stove with patio doors to the large back terrace. Separate wc. Master bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and wc. Double bedroom. Bathroom with corner bath and wall shower, two basins, wc, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with an extra single pull-out children's bed. Child stair gate. Cot on request. Gas central heating. Telephone/fax for incoming and local calls only. Electricity included up to 60kw per week. House: Attractively decorated cottage in a peaceful rural surroundings Position: About 800 yards from the village of Poujols sur l'Orb with basic shops and a café and under two miles from Lamalou les Bains, a busy and attractive spa town with plenty of shops, bar, restaurants, tennis courts, thermal baths, a 9 hole golf course and a casino. The Mediterranean coast is under an hour and there are plenty of vineyards in the area to visit, including St Chinian close by. In a peaceful valley, with wooded slopes and vineyards, the cottage is in enclosed gardens with a shady area to the front with flower beds and, to the back, a big terrace surrounding the swimming pool (10x5m 15/05-16/09), with garden furniture and barbecue. Hot water shower by the pool.Interior: The accommodation is compact but well planned and attractively decorated. The living room has a double sofa bed, table and chairs and television. Kitchen with two electric rings, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Small twin bedroom and shower room with basin, wc and washing machine. Across the terrace, by the pool is the double bedroom with washbasin. Telephone for incoming calls only. Electricity payable locally before 20/5 and after 18/9.
