Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 3 km, rocky beach 3 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 3 km. Please note: car essential. The rental apartment is situated in the area of Renaissance du Chateau, with a separate entrance. The caretaker lives in a property above the barn all year round, in a part to the right of the square Tower, on the other side of the castle, with a separate entrance. The owner occasionally visits his property, situated in a part of the square Tower on the 1st floor. The ground floor is not part of the rental apartment and is partly vacant.Interior: 6-room apartment 250 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor, comfortable furnishings: lounge with satellite-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD.
