House: Fantastic sea views. Walking distance to the beach. Position: Situated in a small hamlet in the bay of Douarnenez in an elevated position affording superb far reaching views of the sea. The house is just 700 metres from the sandy beach of Trez Bellec with its beach club and sailing school and four miles from Telgruc sur Mer for shops, restaurants and tennis courts. In a peaceful hamlet with just a couple of other houses, the cottage has a small garden area to the front with garden furniture and a barbecue from which you can enjoy the stunning views of the bay.Interior: Recently completely renovated in tasteful, modern style, this charming little cottage is comfortable and well appointed. Entrance into the living room with sofa, armchairs,TV, WIFI and dining table. Open kitchen corner with electric hob and oven, small dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and a small shower room with washing machine, dryer, washbasin and wc. Separate wc. Upstairs are two nicely decorated bedrooms: a twin and a double. Just one mile away is the beautiful wide sandy beach of Trez Bellec with its sailing school and there are many other stunning beaches within a short distance of the house. Set in an enclosed garden with lawn, perfect for children's games. There is a terrace at the back of the house with garden furniture, ideal for watching the sun set over the countryside.Interior: This modern house is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The living room opens onto the terrace and has a sofa, armchairs, wood burner, TV and DVD and dining area. The open kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate wc.
