House: Charming country cottage with stunning garden Position: Under two miles from the village of Elliant for everyday shopping, restaurant, tennis courts and swimming pool and about five miles from Rosporden for more extensive shopping and restaurants. There is a lake with pedalos and water slides five miles away and riding centre slightly closer. There is a choice of beaches, about 10 miles away and it is under 12 miles to Concarneau and slightly further to Quimper. Set in peaceful countryside this very attractive stone cottage stands in a large, very well maintained garden, ideal for children, with a flower filled courtyard in front, and, behind, partly shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Just the place to get away from it all but with the sea and beaches not far away.Interior: Large living room with sofa, armchairs and two benches around a big open fireplace with woodburner, large screen television and DVD, dining area furnished in rustic Breton style, well equipped kitchen with mixed hob, worktop oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Outside utility room with washing machine, shower and wc. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one with extra single bed, a bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each reached by separate staircases, (one from the kitchen is quite steep) but the house is for 6 people maximum. Cot available.
