Above Petrovicemi, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the woods edge, in the countryside. Private: grounds 5'000 m2 (fenced), park 5'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (6 m2, depth 50 - 80 cm, 01.06.-01.09.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking (for 3 cars, extra) by the house. Grocers 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, natural swimming pond 18 km. Tennis, riding stables 500 m, mountain lift 12 km, ski lift 12 km, ski runs 12 km. Nearby attractions: Propast Macocha 12 km, Jeskyn? Moravský kras 14 km, Zámek,hrad,Dinopark,Western Boskovice 15 km, Zámek Lysice 19 km, Hrad Pernštejn 35 km, Zámek Letovice 30 km. Lakeside bathing, 700 m. Natural swimming pool, 1 km. Jedovnice pond with all kinds of water sports, 18 km. Cross country in winter, 1 floodlit ski run at Blansko, 12 km. Mushrooms and forest fruits can be gathered. Sitting area in the beautiful garden by the swimming pool and barbecue. Electric heating and firewood, half board, approx 500 m (extra). Pets are allowed, extra bed available on request. Parking (3 cars) on fenced ground (extra: 210,- CZK/week/car). In case of hard winter (snow calamity), arrival 200 m from the object, parking on provisional parking place. Table tennis, possibility to hire mountain bicycle (extra, to be payed on the place).Interior: 6-room house 240 m2 on 3 levels, rustic furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds. Dining room 18 m2. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: living room 33 m2 with open fireplace, satellite-TV and flat screen TV. Exit to the terrace, south-east facing position. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Lovely panoramic view of the countryside. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. Ground floor: 1 connecting room. Kitchenette (mini hob) with dining room, 30 m2.
