Parking in the grounds, individual garage. Shop 12 km, grocers 6 km, restaurant 12 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stables 6 km, ski lift 6 km, cross-country ski trail 200 m. Please note: car essential. The "Dolni Pribrani" house is 20 km from Kaplice. Close to the UNESCO world heritage towns of Rozemberk and Cesky Krumlov (30 minutes by car). It's a perfect place for nature lovers to watch birds and other wild animals. Hiking, cycling and cross-country-skiing is also possible in the surrounding area. Trips to Austria from the border municipalities of Cetviny and Pohori na Sumave.Interior: 3-room house 100 m2, very nice and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, radio, CD-player and tiled stove. Private: grounds 2 ha, large garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 01.05.-30.10.). Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. In the house: sauna (extra). Washing machine. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking in the grounds. Shop 2 km, grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Kaplice". The owner lives in an apartment with separate entrance (share the sauna and swimming pool). Swimming pool with against current swimming, shed (5 x 5), deck chairs, parasol, swings. On request (extra) outdoor accommodation for dogs.
