The property is located on sloping ground, consisting of the main house with interesting architecture extending over the two floors, the barbeque house with open fireplace, patio and a small garden with Mediterranean vegetation, all enclosed by a stone fense with private gate. Many tasteful details made of the famous white stone of Brac. Old, nice "rustico" cottage, 2 storeys, renovated in 2003. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, south-east facing position. Private: grounds (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) angular (4 x 2 m, depth 90 cm, 12.05.-22.09.). Patio (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. Parking by the house.
