Walking routes and sled runs from the house. Private ski lift with one's very own ski slope, approx 220 m long, right infront of the house. Only for guests (free). You are welcome to enjoy some fresh milk from the neighbouring farm. Hiking routes from the house. The restaurant is only open during the summer months, from May to October. The next hotel is 2 km away (in winter). Famous ski region. Old, very nice, rustic working farm. In the district of Kasern 3 km from the centre of Schmirn, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the ski-run. Private: lawn sunning area. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: sauna, relaxation room, central heating. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking.
