On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: grounds, lawn sunning area (fenced). Garden furniture. In the house: sauna, central heating, washing machine. Parking by the house. Shop 200 m, grocers 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 250 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 500 m, riding stables 2 km, ski lift 7 km, ski school 7 km, cross-country ski trail 7 km, ice rink 1 km. Very quite location by a river in the recreational area "Roseggers Waldheimat".. All facilities in the resort are within walking distance. Wonderful hikes to take through beautiful mushroom forests in the surrounding area. The house has been renovated and is well furnished with spacious rooms. It has a own spring with excellent water quality. Skiing area Haureck 10 minutes, SThuleck and Semmering 30 minutes. Ideal for holidays in a intact nature, away from bustle and mass tourim.Interior: 5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels, renovated, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living room with 1 double sofa bed, library, satellite-TV, video and DVD. Large living/dining room 40 m2 with open fireplace, dining corner, radio and CD-player. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC, sep. WC. Floor heating. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Nice view of the countryside and the river. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, cot. Garage. The living room has a cosy sofa area. Stylish interior, beautiful pictures, lovely furniture and extensive in-house library. The bathroom has a detached tub and a towel heater. The sauna on the ground floor has its own shower/toilette room.
