Parking by the house, individual garage. Grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km. Tennis 5 km, ski lift, cross-country ski trail 500 m. There is a permanently let self-contained flat on the ground floor.Interior: 8-room house 280 m2 on 3 levels, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living room. 2 double bedrooms. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and shower. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. Living/dining room 42 m2 with open fireplace and dining corner. Lounge 50 m2 with satellite-TV and radio. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. Top floor: shower. Floor heating. Large balcony 30 m2, terrace 15 m2, covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. The living room on the ground floor is a cosy snug. The sauna with relaxation room is on the top floor.
